Information obtained during assessments or initial discussions is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of service delivery and evaluation.
PrimeNexus does not share client information with third parties except where required by law or explicitly authorized.
Intellectual Property
All reports, methodologies, and written materials provided by PrimeNexus remain the intellectual property of PrimeNexus unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may use delivered reports internally for security and audit purposes.
Jurisdiction
This website and services are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
